Returns and exchange details
In case you're not 100% happy with your purchase, I do offer returns and exchanges considered on an individual basis within 5 days of receiving your unused/undamaged items for store credit .
A restock fee of 20% restocking fee will apply to all made-to-order items
Please note that the cost of returning item is your responsibility and shipping costs are not refundable.
P.S....Because of the nature of custom pieces, special orders and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
They can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, and the making process starts the after this time.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
