♥ Shipping Time for Made-to-Order Pieces ♥
Once your order is received, your piece begins its slow journey in the studio. Most made-to-order items take 2–8 weeks to complete, depending on the design and current studio rhythm — handmade ceramics simply ask for time.
I genuinely believe your piece will be worth the wait.
If you'd like an approximate ship-by date before ordering, you're always welcome to reach out at hello@muddyheart.com.
♥ If Your Order Arrives Damaged ♥
Every Muddy Heart order is fully insured, so a replacement is always possible. If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within a few days of delivery and send three photos:
- The damaged piece
- The shipping box (outside)
- Inside the box, including packing materials
These photos help me process your insurance claim quickly and send a replacement on its way.
