What if I’m unsure which finish to choose?

Choosing a finish online can feel overwhelming, especially when viewing colors on different screens.

If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to help. Email me with inspiration photos, paint colors, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, or a photo of the room where your piece will live, and I can often recommend finishes that complement your space beautifully.

For the most accurate representation, finish sample sets are also available.

Because every piece is handmade specifically for you, taking a moment to choose carefully helps ensure you’ll love your piece when it arrives.

Will the finish look exactly like it does on my screen?

Not always. Every screen displays color differently, and colors may appear warmer, cooler, lighter, or darker depending on your monitor, phone settings, and surrounding lighting.

In addition, handmade glazes naturally vary slightly from piece to piece. The finish you receive will closely resemble the finish shown, but subtle variations in color depth, glaze movement, and texture are part of the handmade process.

These variations are not defects — they are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Which finish should I choose?

There is no wrong choice — only the finish that feels most at home in your space.

If you love bright, fresh, airy interiors, lighter finishes such as Gloss White, Frost White, or Textured White may be beautiful options.

If you’re drawn to warmth and earthy tones, finishes such as Sand, Buff, the Unearthed family, or Espresso often complement natural materials beautifully.
